ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

Due to hygiene & customization purposes, all wig sales, custom orders, digital products, and hair services are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Custom constructed wigs:

Each custom wig is made specifically for the client based on selected customization options and or measurements provided at checkout.Please ensure all measurements, addresses, and order details are entered correctly before completing your purchase. Poised Crowns is not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect mmeasurements submitted by the customer.

Digital Products:

All digital products purchases including, vendors list, guides, and downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaaged or Incorrect orderes:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (your email)with: your order number, clear photos/videos, description of the issue.

Shipping

Processing takes 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Ready to ship orders ship out 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking info to the email address used to place your order. Pre-orders currently may take 7-14 business days. Poised Crowns is not responsible for orders shipped incorrect addresses entered by customer. Delayed/Lost Packages: once packages are transferred to carrier, shipping delays are unfortunately outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers with locating packages if issues arise. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. All. digital products are final sale and will be delivered electronically after purchase.
